How to export your Mailchimp contacts
- Open the audience or contact view you want to review in Mailchimp.
- Use Mailchimp’s export option and export each available contact status separately.
- Download and unzip the export, then add the CSV files below.
Mailchimp’s menus may change over time. Do not change contact data while preparing the export.

Why the totals may not match: The status cards count rows from each CSV. If the same email appears in more than one file, it is counted in each status card but only once in Unique emails.
